Christmas & New Year's is fast approaching! If you haven't made plans yet (you should) here's what the Mandarin Oriental Pudong, Shanghai has in store for the festive season.

Modern French bistro Fifty 8° Grill by Michelin two-star chef Richard Ekkebus, all-day dining restaurant Zest, and Michelin-starred Chinese restaurant Yong Yi Ting will be hosting Christmas and New Year's Eve dinners, lunches, and brunches.

For the countdown, Qi Bar is throwing a free-flow party with champagne. Plus, there's a Christmas-themed afternoon tea and festive hampers for home.

Fifty 8° Grill

Fifty 8° Grill has a five-course dinner on December 24 & 25 from 5:30pm-9:30pm for ¥828 per person; additional wine pairing for ¥498. Christmas Day brunch is from 11:30am-2:30pm for ¥688 per person, which includes free-flow Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne and selected cocktails.

Zest is hosting "MO Around The World Buffet Dinner" with a spread of Asian and international cuisines for Christmas, December 24 & 25 from 5:30pm-9:30pm. Signature dishes feature oysters, lobster, king crab, sashimi, turkey, beef ribs, and more.

Plus, there will giveaways and live performances. The buffet dinner is ¥688 per person, and includes free-flow selected red and white wine, draft beer, and mulled wine. Add on ¥188 for free-flow Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne.

Zest

There's also a Christmas Day lunch at Zest on December 25 from 11:30am-2:30pm for ¥488 per person, includes free-flow selected red and white wine, draft beer, and mulled wine.

Riviera Lounge is serving a Christmas-themed afternoon tea from December 1 to January 9, featuring unique sweet and savory delicacies crafted by the MO culinary team. The afternoon tea set is ¥688 for two and includes two glasses of champagne. Available from 2pm-5pm, daily.

New Year's Eve

Fifty 8° Grill has a six-course New Year's Eve dinner from 5:30pm-9:30pm for ¥998 per person. Additional wine pairing for ¥498.

Zest will be bringing back the "MO Around The World Buffet Dinner" for New Year's Eve. The buffet is ¥688 per person, includes selected free-flow; add on ¥188 for free-flow Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne.

Yong Yi Ting has a seven-course New Year's Eve dinner for ¥1,288 per person, additional wine pairing for ¥498. 

And for the countdown, Qi Bar will be throwing a New Year's Eve party from 8pm-2am. Entry is ¥688 net per person, which includes free-flow "One Gin" cocktail, Mumm Grand Cordon Champagne, and selected red and white wine. The evening will also host guest bartenders and DJs.
